What photo should I upload?
One clear photo where your pet's face is visible and in focus, ideally in daylight and at eye level. One pet per photo. JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. New accounts get a free watermarked preview. Unlocking the high-resolution portrait uses credits.
Do I need to choose a breed?
No, it is optional. It helps us protect features AI often gets wrong, such as bat ears or merle patterns.
What if the result does not look like my pet?
Try a clearer, front-facing photo or another pose. If a finished portrait clearly misses, contact us and we will help.
