Failed generations
If a portrait fails for technical reasons, the credit is returned to your account automatically.
Unused credits
You can request a full refund for a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. If some credits have been used, we can refund the unused credits proportionally.
Unhappy with a result?
If a finished portrait clearly does not resemble your pet, email us with the date and scene. We will look at it and, where reasonable, restore the credit.
